Returns & refunds

Items may be returned in due time if they deviate significantly from the description, or are incorrect/faulty. For returns to be eligible, products must be in the same condition as they were sold in. Refunds will be issued upon delivery and inspection. Note: serial numbers are logged and tracked, and must match for refund approval.

Authenticity & originality

All timepieces are confirmed to be authentic before sale. All timepieces are all original unless stated otherwise. Any justified deviance from this is grounds for full refund in accordance with “returns & refunds” policy.

Delivery

All watches are located in the Brisbane region (Queensland, Australia). Local pickup/delivery can be arranged within reason. National and international delivery can easily be arranged at buyer’s expense. Insurance can be added by request at buyer’s expense, thus postal liability lies with the buyer. Within Australia, hand delivery can be arranged for high value pieces at buyer’s expense.

Payment

Payment can be made via domestic/international Interbank Transfer, cash, or WISE for international payments. Items will be sent/handed over once payment is received.

Invoices & GST

All prices are GST inclusive, thus all pieces come with a GST invoice for the full purchase price.
